1. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
2. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in sellable condition to be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
3. To start a return, please fill out the return form and include your order number.
4. We cannot accept returns for items damaged by the customer, items without their original packaging, gift cards, or final sale products. Sale products may only be eligible for exchange or store credit.
5. Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 7 business days.
6. Order cancellation is possible before the order has been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow our return process.

If the return is caused by the customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The specific fee will depend on the shipping carrier selected by the customer.
If the return is due to our error, such as receiving damaged goods or an incorrect item, the customer will not be required to pay the return shipping fee.
