Usually not. Tracking can pause between scans, especially on international legs, then jump forward. If there's no movement for a week or more, contact us with your order number and we'll chase the carrier.
First check with anyone at your address, your mailbox, and any safe-drop spots — parcels are sometimes marked delivered a little early. If it's still missing after 24 hours, message us with your order number and we'll open a carrier investigation.
Orders with several items are sometimes sent in more than one parcel, so the rest may still be on the way. If everything shows delivered and something's missing, send your order number and a photo of what arrived and we'll sort it out.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can often cancel it or update the details. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number — or use the Cancel an order option on this page. Once it's shipped we can no longer change it.
Check your spam or promotions folder first, and that the email on the order is correct. Still nothing? Message us with your name and the email or phone you used and we'll resend it.
Only one discount applies per order, so a code won't stack on an item that's already reduced. If a valid code still isn't applying at checkout, send us the code and your order and we'll check it.
Each product page has a size guide with measurements. Compare against a similar item you already own — and if you're between sizes or unsure, message us and we'll recommend one.
We restock our most popular pieces. Where a product page has a notify option, use it; otherwise message us and we'll tell you when it returns.
