Welcome to Sticky Zoo’s B2B wholesale program. By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to establish a clear and professional business relationship. Please review them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Minimum Order Value

All wholesale orders must meet a minimum order value of $2,000 USD. Orders below this amount will not be processed.

2. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in full before shipment.
  • For orders exceeding $10,000 USD, you may contact us to discuss alternative payment terms.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if payment is not received in accordance with these terms.

3. Content Usage & Advertising

  • You are not allowed to use Sticky Zoo’s original content directly.
  • You must create your own advertising content or use the provided marketing assets.
  • You will have access to selected materials for advertising purposes only.
  • Any misuse of our content without prior permission may result in termination of your wholesale account.

4. Customization Policy

  • Product customization is allowed only with the Sticky Zoo brand name.
  • Any modifications must be pre-approved by Sticky Zoo to ensure brand consistency.
  • Unauthorized alterations or branding will be considered a breach of contract.

5. Branding & Reselling Restrictions

  • You are not permitted to sell Sticky Zoo products under your own brand name.
  • Sticky Zoo is a registered trademark, and unauthorized branding is strictly prohibited.
  • All products must be sold under the Sticky Zoo brand to maintain authenticity and brand integrity.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All trademarks, logos, product designs, and marketing materials remain the sole property of Sticky Zoo.
  • Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of our brand assets is strictly prohibited.
  • Violations of our intellectual property rights will result in legal action.

7. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

  • Orders will be processed upon full payment confirmation.
  • Shipping times and costs will vary depending on the destination and order size.
  • Sticky Zoo is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Return & Refund Policy

  • All wholesale sales are final and non-refundable unless the products arrive damaged or defective.
  • Any claims regarding damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
  • Sticky Zoo reserves the right to assess refund and replacement requests on a case-by-case basis.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled in accordance with the applicable legal framework.
